The Curtains Department specialises in custom-made curtains including sheer, blockout and double curtain configurations. All product images and descriptions on our website are provided in good faith and are intended to give an accurate representation of what we offer. However, slight variations in colour, texture or appearance may occur between what is displayed on screen and the finished product due to differences in monitor settings, fabric dye batches and lighting conditions.
Each curtain order is manufactured to the specific measurements, fabric selections and heading styles chosen by the customer. Because our products are made to order, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all measurements and specifications are accurate before confirming the order. Once production has commenced on a custom order, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. We strongly recommend taking advantage of our complimentary design consultation to confirm your selections before placing an order.
All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated. We make every effort to ensure pricing is current and accurate, but we reserve the right to correct any errors and to adjust prices without prior notice. A confirmed order price will not change after you have received your order confirmation from us.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon in writing. We accept payment via major credit and debit cards as well as other methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways and we do not store your full card details on our servers.
We deliver throughout Australia. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at the time of order and may vary depending on your location and the complexity of your order. While we work to meet every estimated timeframe, delivery dates are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated address.
